In this one-day professional training you get a detailed insight into the DNA preparation of clinical samples for the identification of bacteria and fungi from various direct materials (blood, heart valves) by SepsiTest™ / UMD-Universal / Micro-Dx.

Learn more about the interpretation of gel electrophoresis & melting curves and the analyses and interpretation of sequencing results by different databases.

  • Practical part: DNA isolation and 16S Real-time-PCR
